This may be the most loved pasta there ever was. Unless you’re a a carb-hater (one of those), there will be a space in your heart for this simple, rustic meal. The most toilsome part may be grating the cheese, but anyone with a hand and a bicep can do that. Cracking your own pepper is a MUST and no cheating here will be tolerated – or the ghosts of old Italian men will find you.
