Our first ever assignment for the Huffington Post! It’s a melty, delicious, deep, caramel-y braise that’s perfect for a winter’s night. I find slow-cooked meat so appealing that I couldn’t help being a touch, well, sexually inappropriate. My 15 year old cousin approached his father, my uncle, after reading it to comment that he “never realized I had that dimension to my personality.” That’s a euphemism.
